Millie's Book Review

Book Review
Book: Juggling with Mandarins
Author: V. M . Jones

Pip is 13 and has a mother, a father, an older brother and a younger sister named Madeline. Pip doesn’t like his dad yelling at him from the sideline when he's playing soccer. Pip’s father wants him to be someone that’s he’s not. His father wants him to be this amazing soccer player, just like his brother Nick, but he just isn’t. He likes juggling and climbing. Pip has a love-hate relationship with his dad, and has a hard time remembering that his dad is only human.
I think this is a really good book. The author goes into heaps of detail.
His english teacher challenged the class to juggle 3 balls. Pip not only thinks that he can juggle 3 balls, he is determined to juggle 5 balls. There is only one problem, he doesn’t have any, so he uses mandarins.
